• Experience as a personal consultant to the Board of Management in the healthcare sector (group), experience as an ISO 13485 quality management officer, establishment of seven branches as early in 1991 for a consulting company
• Management and implementation of complex IT projects at board and management level in corporate groups and SMEs, project acceptance, project de-escalation and project evaluation with recommendations for action and/or expert opinion
• Software evaluation and release, optimization, consolidation of software systems and individual solutions under regard of the process-oriented approach or existing QM systems and compliance (focus on ERP, CRM, DMS)
• Establishment and optimization of various departments, optimization of organizations
• Production management, workforce planning, warehousing, procurement, sales, disposition (consulting and management of numerous ERP projects and individual solutions, including active as work scheduler and responsible for delivery deadlines)
• IT management / strengthening of cooperation between IT, IT partners and management, service management, strategy consulting and IT organization
• Analysis, release and development of emergency management systems according to BSI 100-1 to 100-4 including IT strategy, risk management, concepts and maintenance
